About Us
Everyone likes to eat, but sometimes you want something different than what you can get at your local market. Sometimes you want a taste of home, or a taste of a memory or that great trip you took to the keys or to Chicago or to Maine ordering food over the internet is a solution to this. This site was created with this idea in mind.
The problem with this is that you take a risk of ordering food from someones site and often times the only reviews are positive from the site its self, Box Dinners is the answer to this problem.
Every week or so we will order dinner from one of the many food sites online, unpack it, cook or heat it and then eat it. We will give an honest opinion as we will have ordered the food the exact same way you would, we will even provide links so you can do exactly what we did. We will do our best to use recipes provided by the site we order the food from and cook using standard kitchens of our friends homes around the bay area.
Our goal is transparency so you will know our exact experience with the food and packing, and if it fails miserably we will be just ordering pizza.
